Atelier if… is a residential fashion studio based on the concept of time-limited creative stays. It offers short- and medium-term rental of a fully equipped studio in the center of Prague, where fashion designers can develop their own work in the professional environment of a real creative studio.

The residence combines high-quality working facilities, craft know-how and an inspiring environment with the possibility of professional consultations, thereby creating conditions for the creation of new collections, projects and international collaborations.

The project creates an accessible and professional environment for fashion design. It offers space for focused work, the development of original work and the creation of new collections. It also supports a smooth transition between study and professional practice in the field of fashion design.

The studio is located at Mezibranská 9, Prague 1, in the immediate vicinity of Wenceslas Square. It is located in a quiet courtyard, offers excellent transport accessibility and a wide range of accommodation options within walking distance, which also opens the project to international participants.

Exceptionality of the project

The project is based on more than forty years of experience of fashion designer Ivana Follová. It is not an anonymous coworking space, but follows the real operation of an established studio and the experience of a professional team.

It is a place where fashion is created as a cultural statement. It supports creative work, the preservation of craftsmanship, and the development of a creative environment with a clear signature, history, and continuity.
